Preparing to open: merchant details and final terms are being confirmed. Sales are not open yet.

For online purchases, you can generally withdraw within 14 days after delivery. Send a clear withdrawal notice with your name, order number, the products and delivery date.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay return postage unless the merchant states otherwise. The merchant pays return costs for defective or non-conforming goods.

Statutory exceptions apply only where relevant, such as rapidly perishable products. Food products are not automatically excluded from withdrawal rights.
